Challenge:
Our client was looking for a modular home in Elkford, BC, that could comfortably accommodate his children — with the added complexity of transporting a full-sized home through challenging BC mountain roads. At 1,200 sq. ft. with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the size of the home typically requires a split delivery due to transport restrictions.

Solution:
Built at our facility in Nisku, Alberta, the home was custom-designed for efficient transport. Thanks to favorable routing and permits, we were able to deliver the entire structure in one piece — a rare achievement for a home of this size. This reduced the need for on-site assembly, minimized setup time, and required only one truck for delivery.

Results:
The client received a fully built, high-quality modular home that was placed quickly and efficiently. Delivering the unit in one piece significantly lowered installation costs and shortened the timeline, allowing the family to settle in sooner. A smart, cost-effective solution tailored to the demands of Elkford’s location and the client’s family needs.
