Challenge

Our client wanted each bedroom to open directly to the outdoors, allowing them to wake up to Clearwater’s breathtaking scenery every day. They also requested a distinctive exterior with standing seam cladding in charcoal for a modern, striking appearance. The challenge was to integrate these custom features into a modular design while maintaining structural integrity, seamless aesthetics, and an efficient construction process.

Solution

We carefully adapted the Alpine 882 layout to incorporate sliding doors in every bedroom and applied the charcoal standing seam cladding, creating a cohesive and stylish exterior. Each door was positioned to maximize natural light and enjoyment of the landscape. Throughout the process, our team ensured that every detail met exacting standards for quality, design, and efficiency, bringing the client’s unique vision to life.

Results

From design to delivery in 6 weeks, the Clearwater Alpine 882 now serves as a comfortable, stylish, and highly functional recreation retreat. The sliding doors in each bedroom provide a seamless connection to the outdoors, while the custom cladding adds a bold, modern touch. This project demonstrates how modular construction can accommodate unique client requests, combining speed, efficiency, and personalized design.
