Challenge:
Our client wanted a modular lakefront home at Island Lake, Alberta, designed to maximize comfort in a smaller footprint. With limited space available at the lakefront site and accessibility considerations for delivery, the project required a compact yet functional layout that didn’t compromise on quality.

Solution:
We built a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom modular home at our Nisku facility, tailored for efficient transport and quick placement right at the water’s edge. The design emphasized smart use of space, durable finishes, and large windows to capture the surrounding views — all while ensuring the home could be delivered as a single unit without the need for extensive on-site construction.
