Challenge:
Our client was looking for a modular home in Millarville, Alberta, to place on their acreage. The goal was to create a comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath home that blended seamlessly with the rural setting, while also providing ample outdoor living space.

Solution:
We built the home at our Nisku facility with a smart, efficient floorplan and durable finishes ideal for country living. To enhance the property, we added a spacious deck that extends the living area outdoors, perfect for enjoying the wide-open views and peaceful surroundings. Delivery and installation were planned for minimal disruption to the acreage site.
