Penticton Alpine 1200

Challenge:
Our client in Penticton, BC, wanted a spacious modular home with all the comforts of a full-size residence, including 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen with an island and pantry, and a generous living area. The home also needed to integrate seamlessly with a full walkout basement and support a massive deck. However, narrow local roads made it impossible to transport the unit in one piece, requiring a different delivery approach.

Solution:
We built the 1,200 sq. ft. modular home at our Nisku facility, designed with an open-concept kitchen and living room to maximize space and functionality. To overcome transport restrictions, the home was split into two sections, shipped separately, and then carefully assembled on-site. It was engineered to fit perfectly with the walkout basement foundation and support the large deck above, combining both practicality and comfort.

Results:
The client received a high-quality modular home that offers the spaciousness of a traditional build with the efficiency of modular construction. Despite the transport challenges, the two-piece delivery and on-site assembly were completed smoothly, resulting in a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a full basement and expansive deck perfectly suited to its Penticton setting.
