Challenge

The client requires a high-quality, flexible sales office that could serve as a professional workspace, welcome visitors, and reflect a modern, innovative brand image. The space needed to be efficient, functional, and visually appealing, while complying with all modular building standards

Solution

We designed and constructed the Dominium – Mod One Sales Office, a modular unit measuring 12’ W × 30’ L × 13’4” H. The interior includes open workspaces, reception area, and mechanical/electrical systems carefully configured for comfort and functionality. Exterior upgrades include steel cladding, dual-pane windows, lighting, and a ramp with stairs, creating a professional and modern appearance.

Results

The sales office successfully delivers a high standard of comfort and efficiency, making a strong impression on clients and visitors. This project demonstrates Modern Modular’s ability to create modular commercial spaces that combine style, practicality, and professional appeal.
